MAGNETIC TAPE

Magnetic Tape Magnetic Tape® is registered in Spain as a Class I Medical Device under the laws of the European Community. The registration number is 7557-PS.

Composition:

Cotton, elastane, acrylic adhesive and particles with magnetic properties.

Utilización de Magnetic Tape

The tape can be used for several days. It is hypoallergenic and contains no latex or medication. It is water resistant.

La aplicación del Magnetic Tape es completamente indolora, no invasiva, de efecto inmediato en la mayoría de los casos con patología o disfunción y sin efectos secundarios descritos hasta el momento.

It is designed to facilitate the process of metameric-local and central-systemic modulation 24 hours a day without limiting daily life activities or sports, whether the athlete/patient is moving or at rest.

It is an innovative tool developed in Spain. It can be used exclusively or as an adjuvant to other treatments and modalities necessary for the patient's recovery, enhancing their results.

It is designed to provide solutions and help improve symptoms or resolve different musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Magnetic Tape puede utilizarse en todas las fases de actuación terapéutica: Prevención, Recuperación, Readaptación y Rendimiento para todos los deportistas y pacientes en cualquier lugar y momento.

How does it work? funciona Magnetic Tape?

The epidermis is the most superficial layer of the skin and is embryologically derived from the ectoderm like the central nervous system.

There are two distinct groups of nerve fibers in the epidermis: cutaneous sensory nerve fibers and autonomic nerve fibers.

Ultraviolet B (UVB) rays produce electromagnetic energy, directly affecting Langerhans cells, keratinocytes and melanocytes, and these modulate autonomic nerve fibers through Aδ and C fibers. Together with Merkel cells, epidermal cells form a communication network that influences sensory transduction, inflammatory responses and the endocrine system. Due to the results of existing scientific publications on the effects of Magnetic Tape, the action of Magnetic Tape on epidermal autonomic and sensory nerve fibers can be related.

The electromagnetic field acts as the vehicle to induce the epidermal ion flow and does not directly stimulate the nervous tissue itself as electrical stimulation does. However, once the ion flow is created, the mechanism of electrical and magnetic stimulation at the neural level is the same, producing depolarization of the axon and the initiation of the action potential.

Jerarquía Embriológica como sistema de tratamiento

It consists of modulating the dysfunctional findings of each patient by applying the Superficial Neuromodulation (SNM) assessment and treatment system and following the order of its Embryological Hierarchy.

This system serves the needs of each patient, whether for prevention, injury treatment or performance.

The patient comes for treatment for musculoskeletal pain (top of the pyramid) and before treating the musculoskeletal pain area locally if it has not been traumatic, it is necessary to begin treating the base of the pyramid.

Therefore, eliminating trauma throughout the body (sprains, surgical interventions, etc.) will be essential to eliminate the central aberrant myotatic reflex. Subsequently, eliminating the central dysfunctions that cause epidermal scars and thus moving up the pyramid by performing test-retest until reaching bone-muscle, where the musculoskeletal system will then be treated.

From an embryological point of view, it is necessary to first modulate ectodermal structures (epidermis) and then modulate mesodermal structures (musculoskeletal system).
