These General Conditions govern the acquisition of training courses offered on the website magnetictape.info and cursos.magnetictape.info, which is owned by MAGNETIC TAPE, SLU (hereinafter Magnetic Tape).
The acquisition of any of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable to the acquisition of certain services.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read carefully its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the services offered.

The services offered, along with the main features of them and their price are displayed on screen.
Magnetic Tape reserves the right to decide, from time to time, the products and / or services offered to customers. Thus, Magnetic Tape may, at any time, add new products and / or services to those currently offered. Magnetic Tape also reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time and without notice, any of the services offered.
Once inside magnetictape.info, and to access the contracting of the various services, the user must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean the reading and acceptance of all general and specific conditions set in magnetictape.info.
Availability and Substitutions
Services
For the provision of services of online courses, Magnetic Tape, will provide access as follows: the customer will be provided with a user account and password to access e-learning classroom. Magnetic Tape is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the USER as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks and cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of service magnetictape.info during the provision of the same. For the provision of services of classroom courses, Magnetic Tape, advertise editions with all the information necessary to make the payment, in addition to dates, times and place of celebration in addition to the agenda and duration. If you had to cancel or postpone the classroom course for any reason, Magnetic Tape will notify at least one week in advance to inform students who will be given the option of refunding the money or enroll in the next edition if it was to their liking.
Magnetic Tape is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the USER as a result of force majeure, organizational or personal events that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of classroom training. We will always try to resume the training when possible.
Purchase and/or contracting process
To make any purchase in cursos.magnetictape.info, it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.
The steps to follow to make the purchase are:
- Select the courses you wish to add to your cart.
- When you are finished, access your cart to check your purchase.
- Add or remove services at your convenience.
- Once you are done, access the payment process, and in the case of online training, you can start the training as soon as the payment is confirmed. In the case of on-site training, you will be automatically sent the invoice once payment is confirmed and you will have to wait for the specified day, time and place to attend the on-site training.
The customer will be able to access his previous purchases by logging into his user account.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or saves a copy on a durable medium of the conditions of sale when ordering, as well as the proof of receipt sent by Magnetic Tape by email.

Invoicing
Together with your order, you will receive the corresponding invoice.
For this purpose, the customer agrees that the invoice will be sent to him in electronic format. The customer will receive it in his e-mail account, once the purchase has been confirmed. The customer may, at any time, revoke this consent by sending an email to the customer service email to receive the invoice on paper.
Duration, renewal and cancellation of the contract
DURATION
Will be determined in the product sheet of the contracted training.
RENEWAL
Training courses have a fixed duration, which cannot be extended.
CANCELLATION
Training cannot be cancelled once it has started.

Delivery
SERVICES
The delivery of the service will be carried out as follows:
The service will be provided by means of access to a virtual classroom that the student has at his disposal from the moment the training begins, until its completion. He/she will be able to access at any time within that period, using the user account and password that has been provided to him/her upon purchase.
FORMS AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. User keys will be assigned for access to the training.
The maximum delivery time for access to the platform is 4 days, counting only working days.
Usually the access to the course content will be effective on the course start date.
Prices, costs and taxes
The prices of the services included in magnetictape.info will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.
SERVICES
The final prices of all services, together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc. are reflected in each of the services offered in magnetictape.info.
- The services have the VAT included or will be exempt.
- The VAT rate will be the one applied in each country.
The prices of the services may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes his acceptance.
Payment Methods

You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.
By Bizum
You can make the payment immediately through Bizum through our Bank’s secure payment. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method or through bank transfer.
By Paypal
You can pay immediately through Paypal. If any refund or cancellation of the order is necessary, the amount will be reimbursed through the same payment method or by bank transfer.
REMARKS
Payments by credit card will be formalized through the secure payment gateway of Banco Sabadell.
Cancellation
Training cannot be cancelled once it has started.
Return and withdrawal policy
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, approving the text referred to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable to, among others:
- Provision of services already performed or started.
SERVICES
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract for the provision of services is 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, and the user must inform Magnetic Tape their desire to exercise this right, which may be done by filling out the form at the end of this document.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal results in the suspension of the service.
Magnetic Tape will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal.
The withdrawal implies that Magnetic Tape will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the contracted service is not within the exceptions listed above).
Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the refund.
Liability and disclaimer of liability
Magnetic Tape may suspend, withdraw or cancel part or all of the services subject to contract at any time and without notice. The foregoing provision shall not affect those services which are reserved for registered users or which are subject to prior contracting and which shall be governed by their specific conditions.
